separate meters for both, water and PG&E, tenants pay their own. well maintained building, though it needs a little TLC. good place for owner occupied units, live in one and have the other three units make your mortgage payment for you. plenty of parking space in the backyard, one parking space per apartment, rents are low, but plenty of space to grow. with security gate to gain access to the units plus security gate in driveway. will present offers as they come in.
